Business Challenge: Provide Managed IT support services to a 24/7 emergency vet practice operating 2 clinics.
Result: After stabilizing the environment and assessing a prioritized list of items to remediate, we monitored network and server systems 24/7, applied patches, and ensured backups. We also monitored and deployed endpoint security updates to all device and performed other proactive measures to maintain infrastructure reliability and security. We coordinated timely resolution of issues with other vendors (Internet, Phone, Video and Printer). We also worked closely with the clinic management software vendor to identify and resolve support issues and provided a monthly executive report on our performance and conformance to agreed on SLAs.
