ERP Application Implementation – JD Edwards

Business Challenge: Improve Order-to-Cash function by replacing legacy proprietary applications with integrated JD Edwards ERP solution without impact to  key business processes.

Result: Managed very successful JD Edwards implementation at 22 plants and distribution centers including 4 in Europe. Installed Finance, Distribution and Manufacturing modules. Developed custom modifications, interfaces and data conversion programs. The planning and execution effort lasted for more than a year and included a 25 person project team of business process and data experts; application developers and mid-range server and network administrators.
