Server Application Management

Business Challenge: To reduce cost and increase reliability of infrastructure supporting North American production operations.

Result: Successfully migrated manufacturing client’s Mainframe and Mid-range server applications and data from multiple on premise locations to servers hosted in the central data center.  The planning and execution on this project occurred over the course of 8 months and required migration, application update and testing without impact to ongoing manufacturing operations. Also established WAN infrastructure and implemented Desk Top and Help Desk support to meet client’s aggressive schedule and cost elimination goals
